These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Pulse of Perseverance Mentoring App(“us”, “we”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Pulse of Perseverance Mentoring App and any of its products or services (collectively, “App” or “Services”).By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
